In HRs case the chest is shaped wrong, both heads are a glossier shade of red than the rest of the body, and look the wrong shape too - the goggles head is especially bad with the green thrown in - and (on mine at least) the right arm has been put together wrong - the pivot is at right angles to what it should be so his exhaust pipes/wrist guns hit the inside of his elbow - if you're buying from FP etc check yours in the shop ! The post between the head and the body is now on the head too so you can't swap his head for Prime's or Star Sabres.
Gonna take the arm apart later, disappointed.
