Review

Overbite

Overbite has been produced as a black stealth wolf with purple highlights, very much a canine Ravage. Both hips and knees are articulated as well as the ankles on the rear legs and there's a ball joint about half way along the body which destabilises the wolf mode slightly. The tail can be raised or lowered.

Both of his rear hips have Minicon ports but as with most of the other beast Minicons he makes a poor add-on

TF: Fold the back legs down and rotate at ball joint. Fold down the inner part of each foot to act as Transformer's smallest heel spur. Split the head and neck in two along the middle, fold to the sides and rotate to form the arms revealing a red & white robot head.

Ok so he's got wolf head halves for hands but apart from that he looks ok. Mine initially didn't seem too stable but was improved when I found the heel spurs, and looking very closely I think there could be an assembly error with the tops of the legs on the wrong way round compared to the illustration on the packaging.

Overbite is a member of the Predator Attach team along with Snarl & Dreadwing.

Gredator

Gredator is a common toy in Micron Booster V4. Gredator is broadly similar to Overbite with burgundy highlights instead of the purple and a blue head.

This is one of the last Micron Booster 4 toys I need to review so I'm going to have to say this now: The common toys are (bar Gnashteeth) all very very similar to their Classics predecessors and not encouraging me to buy them.

Razorclaw

All three of the Predator Attack team are used as Botcon exclusives in 2008 reusing G1 Predacon names. Razorclaw is a pale yellow version of this toy.

Not the greatest repaint ever !

Scavenger

Scavenger is found in the Universe Mini-Con 10 pack exclusive to K-Mat in the USA and Tescos in the UK. He's a member of the Decepticon Ground Surveillance Mini-Con team.

The wolf is this time produced in grey. Transform him and some light blue is revealed on the head and chest.
